Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Preschool Floater to join our vibrant early childhood education team! As a Preschool Floater, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and enriching experience for children across multiple classrooms. Your energetic presence will support classroom activities, assist teachers, and provide exceptional care to our young learners. This position offers the opportunity to work in a lively environment where your flexibility, caregiving skills, and passion for childhood development will make a meaningful difference every day. Duties Provide flexible support across various preschool classrooms to ensure continuity of care and educational activities. Assist teachers with classroom management, including organizing materials and supervising children during activities. Engage with children through play, learning exercises, and social interactions that promote development and positive behavior. Support preschoolers with their daily routines. Implement safety protocols including first aid procedures when necessary, maintaining a secure environment for all children. Collaborate with team members to plan and execute age-appropriate educational activities that foster growth in early childhood development. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress, behaviors, and needs. Qualifications Prior experience working with children in preschool, daycare, nannying, babysitting, or similar caregiving roles. Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices. Certification or training in first aid and CPR is highly preferred. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special education needs is a plus. Strong classroom management skills coupled with the ability to adapt quickly to different classroom environments. Passionate about working with children and committed to creating a nurturing learning atmosphere. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with energy, patience, and positivity.
