The Learning Experience in New Albany is seeking dedicated, nurturing, and professional Early Childhood Educators with at least one year of childcare experience to join our growing team. We are looking for individuals who bring energy, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children in a structured, school-like environment. Our educators go above and beyond to create meaningful learning experiences while building strong relationships with families.
What You'll Do:
Create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment Plan and implement daily lesson plans using our proprietary curriculum Conduct child assessments and track developmental progress Lead and participate in quarterly parent-teacher conferences Maintain strong, professional communication with families through daily updates and conversations Support children's social, emotional, and academic growth Follow all state licensing guidelines and company policies Collaborate with your team to ensure a positive, supportive workplace culture Go the extra mile to create a warm, welcoming, and high-quality experience for every child and family
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a childcare or early childhood setting Passion for education and working with young children Strong professionalism, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset Ability to thrive in a structured, school-like environment Excellent communication and organizational skills A positive attitude and willingness to grow Preferred (but Not Required): Child Development Associate (CDA) or related credential ~Don't have your CDA yet?
