Lead Preschool Teacher

Preschool Teacher Duties:

• Follow and implement age-appropriate educational activities and lessons for preschool children with a pre planned curriculum
• Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
• Participate in movment activities to promote gross motor skills development.
• Foster social and emotional development through positive interactions and guidance.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure the well-being and progress of each child.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
• Follow all licensing regulations and guidelines for childcare centers.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with young children in a daycare or preschool setting.
• Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans and educational materials.
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to pass a background check.
