A self-starter Open to learning new things Timely A team player Have at least a High School Diploma Have a desire to continue education Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field of study); CDA; or Ohio Career Pathways Level 3 or higher preferred. Experience with Step Up To Quality, Head Start, and Creative Curriculum preferred.
