What We're Looking For We are looking for team members who: Have a genuine love for working with children Are dependable, professional, and team-oriented Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers Communicate effectively with families and leadership Are willing to learn and follow Primrose standards, policies, and curriculum Understand the importance of active supervision and maintaining classroom ratios Bring a positive attitude and willingness to support their team What You'll Do As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will: Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment Implement the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum Maintain active supervision of children at all times Support children's social, emotional, physical, and academic development Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom Communicate professionally with families and leadership Work collaboratively with your teaching team Follow Primrose policies and Ohio child care licensing requirements Why Primrose School of Westlake?
