Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Toddler Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a nurturing, engaging, and safe environment where young children can explore, learn, and develop essential skills. Your enthusiasm for early childhood education will inspire curiosity and foster a love of learning in toddlers. You will be responsible for implementing developmentally appropriate activities, managing classroom routines, and building positive relationships with children and their families. What You'll Do:
Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment for infants (6 weeks-12 months) and toddlers (18 months-2.5 years). Implement a curriculum that supports early literacy, math, science, and social-emotional growth Foster independence and prepare children for kindergarten readiness Build meaningful relationships with children and families through communication and collaboration Work closely with your co-teachers and leadership team to provide the best experience for every child Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and TLE standards Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required (Associate's or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education preferred Must meet state requirements for background checks and clearances At The Learning Experience, our teachers inspire curiosity, confidence, and kindness in every child.
