The company was established in 2003 and currently serve the communities of Wickliffe and Richmond Heights Ohio. Seeking motivated educators to join our talented team. Job Responsibilities

Your daily mission will be to stimulate social, emotional and cognitive growth of children ages 6 weeks to 3 years old.   • Position requires warm, caring and nurturing individual who has experience working with children in a formal group setting.
  • Lesson planning and continuous daily interaction with children required.
  • Communicate positively with students, parents and staff.
  • Participate collaboratively and professionally with other teachers and staff to promote the general well-being of the school, and collective/individual interest of its staff and student body.
  • Taking observational notes and assessments of children in daily programming
  • Remain compliant with the Department of Children and Youth (DCY) licensing requirements and Step Up to Quality (STUQ) standards
Qualifications and Skills Qualifications:
Lead Teacher:
2 years experience as lead
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in ECE or related field preferred
  • CPL 2 required and CPL 3 preferred Experience with Creative Curriculum and Step Up to Quality (STUQ) a plus Must be flexible, energetic, with an ability to multi-task, plan, organize, and problem solve Strong communication and people skills; ability to work in team environment
  • All positions require background screening and medical clearance
  • Must be able to lift and carry child up to 45 lbs Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, disability or national origin.
