Master Toddler Teacher

```Duties```

• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for Infants and Toddlers
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
• Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning
• Manage classroom behavior and promote positive discipline techniques
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to support children's individual needs and development
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
• Observe and assess children's progress and communicate with parents/guardians regularly ```Qualifications```
• Previous experience in daycare settings
• Strong classroom management and behavior management skills
• Knowledge of infant care and early childhood education principles
• Familiarity with special education practices is a plus
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans and activities that meet educational standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children
• CDA for infants and Toddlers preferred or will have to work towards within the first year of employment
