Manage classroom routines efficiently to ensure a safe, organized space conducive to learning and play. Incorporate special education techniques when working with children requiring additional support or individualized education plans (IEPs). Skills Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices. Proven experience in classroom management, lesson planning, and curriculum development tailored for preschool-aged children. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and specialists in early intervention or special education. Ability to implement behavior management strategies that foster positive learning environments. Familiarity with daycare regulations, private school standards, and Montessori educational approaches. Experience working with toddlers and preschoolers in diverse settings such as daycare or early childhood programs. Competence in utilizing literacy education tools, standardized testing methods, and tutoring techniques to support individual learning needs.
