Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic Preschool Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners during their critical early childhood years. In this role, you will create a vibrant, safe, and engaging classroom environment that promotes curiosity, social-emotional development, and foundational skills. Responsibilities Develop and implement dynamic, age-appropriate curriculum plans that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods to support holistic childhood development. Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages positive behavior management and social skills development. Engage children in activities that promote early intervention strategies, sensory exploration, and fine motor skill enhancement. Conduct regular assessments to monitor progress using standardized testing methods and adapt lesson plans accordingly. Collaborate with parents and guardians through clear communication about each child's growth, behavior, and educational needs. Manage classroom routines efficiently to ensure a safe, organized space conducive to learning and play. Incorporate special education techniques when working with children requiring additional support or individualized education plans (IEPs). Skills Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices. Proven experience in classroom management, lesson planning, and curriculum development tailored for preschool-aged children. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and specialists in early intervention or special education. Ability to implement behavior management strategies that foster positive learning environments. Familiarity with daycare regulations, private school standards, and Montessori educational approaches. Experience working with toddlers and preschoolers in diverse settings such as daycare or early childhood programs. Competence in utilizing literacy education tools, standardized testing methods, and tutoring techniques to support individual learning needs.
