In this dynamic role, you will serve as a versatile team member, providing essential support across multiple classrooms and age groups. Your enthusiasm and flexibility will help ensure a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children of various ages, from infants to preschoolers. Duties Assist in supervising children during daily activities, playtime, meals, and rest periods to ensure safety and engagement Support classroom teachers by helping with lesson implementation, activity setup, and clean-up efforts Provide attentive child supervision, ensuring each child's individual needs are met with patience and care Help maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that promotes learning and safety standards Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's day-to-day experiences and progress Follow all mandated reporting laws to report any concerns related to child safety or well-being Support behavior management strategies to foster positive social interactions among children Assist with diapering, feeding, and basic infant care as needed in designated classrooms Experience Prior experience working with children in daycare centers, preschools, babysitting, nannying or similar settings is preferred Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education best practices Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus Certification in first aid and CPR (Pediatric First Aid preferred) or willingness to obtain upon hire Familiarity with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining flexibility across different classrooms Strong communication skills for parent interaction and collaboration with staff members Join us in creating joyful learning experiences for children while building your career in early childhood education! Pay:
