Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Daycare Provider to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young children. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising children, facilitating early childhood development activities, and ensuring their well-being throughout the day. Duties Supervise children during playtime, meals, naps, and educational activities to ensure safety and engagement Implement age-appropriate curriculum focusing on childhood development principles and early learning standards Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about children's progress, behaviors, and daily activities Follow mandated reporting laws to report any concerns related to child safety or well-being promptly Administer basic first aid or pediatric first aid when necessary, ensuring children's health needs are met swiftly Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques and effective behavior management strategies Skills Proven experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or early childhood education settings Knowledge of childhood development stages and instructional methods tailored for young learners Strong classroom management skills to maintain a safe and organized environment Ability to provide infant care, toddler care, and preschool instruction with patience and enthusiasm Familiarity with child supervision best practices and behavior management techniques Excellent communication skills for parent interactions and team collaboration Certification in first aid, CPR, and pediatric first aid is highly preferred Experience working with children with disabilities or special education needs is a plus Knowledge of mandated reporting laws to ensure compliance with legal requirements in child safety cases Join our team to help shape the future by providing exceptional care and early education!
