Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Child Care Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. This role involves creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow. The Child Care Teacher will be responsible for developing age-appropriate lesson plans, engaging children in educational activities, and fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration. Supervise and interact with children in a positive manner to encourage their development. Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment that meets health and safety standards. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns. Observe and assess children's development, providing feedback to parents as needed. Foster an inclusive environment that supports children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities. Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive educational experience for all children. Experience Proven experience in childcare or early childhood education is preferred. Familiarity with classroom management techniques to maintain an orderly learning environment. Skills in caregiving, including first aid certification, are highly desirable. Experience working with infants or young children is a plus. Knowledge of educational practices that support the development of children with disabilities is advantageous.
