Mari's Little Lambs is looking for a responsible, nurturing teacher to join our toddler classroom and support children during this important stage of development. We are looking for someone who thrives in an active classroom, can juggle multiple tasks, and still prioritize children's emotional and developmental needs. We are a play-based program with a warm and fun school culture that values strong relationships with children and families. We welcome teachers from diverse backgrounds who are passionate about early childhood education! What You'll Do Build meaningful relationships with children ages 12-24 months Work collaboratively with our teaching team and leadership Implement play-based curriculum and developmental activities Support children in reaching developmental milestones Communicate with families about their child's growth and experiences New teachers receive in-depth orientation, classroom training, and ongoing professional development with a supportive leadership team. Schedule Approximately 35-40 hours per week Must be available at minimum Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM
