In this role, you will create engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help shape the foundational skills children need to thrive academically and socially. Responsibilities Develop and implement creative, age-appropriate curriculum plans aligned with early childhood education standards and best practices Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and social interaction among children Manage classroom activities effectively, ensuring safety, discipline, and engagement at all times Support children's individual developmental needs through tailored activities and interventions, including special education and early intervention strategies Conduct assessments of children's progress using standardized testing methods and maintain detailed records of developmental milestones Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to communicate children's progress and address any behavioral or learning challenges Incorporate literacy education, math skills, physical education, and Montessori techniques into daily lessons to promote holistic development Qualifications Proven experience working with children in early childhood settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and classroom management techniques Experience with curriculum development across various domains including literacy, math, physical education, and behavior management Familiarity with special education needs, early intervention practices, and child welfare policies Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members Ability to plan lessons that incorporate standardized testing results and support individual learning styles Prior classroom experience with toddlers or preschool-aged children is highly desirable Certification or training in early childhood education or Montessori methods is preferred Join us in shaping the future by nurturing young learners through energetic teaching practices that inspire curiosity and growth.
