In this role, you will support early childhood development by assisting lead caregivers in implementing educational activities, ensuring children's safety, and fostering positive interactions. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help lay the foundation for children's growth, curiosity, and well-being in a dynamic childcare setting. Responsibilities Support lead teachers in planning and executing age-appropriate activities that promote learning and social development Supervise children during playtime, meals, naps, and outdoor activities to ensure safety at all times Assist with daily routines such as diapering, feeding, and hygiene to meet individual needs of each child Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment by sanitizing toys, surfaces, and activity areas regularly Observe children's behavior to identify developmental milestones or concerns and communicate observations to supervising staff Foster positive relationships with children by encouraging participation, kindness, and respectful interactions Support communication with parents or guardians regarding daily activities and children's progress Experience Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting is preferred but not required Strong understanding of child safety protocols and basic first aid knowledge is advantageous Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and engage with children and families Ability to remain energetic, patient, and attentive in a lively environment Willingness to learn best practices in early childhood education and caregiving techniques We are committed to providing a paid opportunity that allows passionate individuals to make a meaningful impact on children's lives.
