Infant Teacher/Lead - In Home Childcare Are you passionate about working with young children and eager to take the next step in your early childhood education career? Bloomin' is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher to join our team! We are seeking a candidate with experience in a childcare or preschool setting who is excited about the opportunity to grow into a lead infant teacher role.
Key Responsibilities:
Support other lead teachers and managers in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities for children. Assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members. Supervise children during various activities, ensuring their well-being and safety. Communicate effectively with families and staff regarding daily activities and child progress.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience as an infant teacher or in a similar role. Registered with the Oregon Early Learning Division and meeting all state-required qualifications. A strong interest in working with babies and children 3 months-24 months and being in the lead teaching position of that age group. High school diploma or equivalent (CDA or college coursework in early childhood education is a plus). Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. A positive and nurturing attitude toward children.
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay:
$20-22 per hour, depending on experience, and pending a one-month probationary period.

Schedule:
Flexible, we are open 7:30-5:30, 8-4 to start, expect open or closing shifts once established. Full-time lead teacher role.
