Cobb Children's Learning Center (CCLC) is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Full-Time Floater Teacher to join our team. We are a warm, inclusive community focused on the well-being and development of children from various age groups. This full-time, hourly position plays a crucial role in providing support across classrooms, ensuring smooth operations when staff are absent, and contributing to the nurturing and educational environment at CCLC.

Responsibilities:

Provide support across different age groups, assisting in classroom activities and daily routines. Step in for absent staff members and provide scheduled breaks for staff to ensure continuity. Assist in the preparation of learning materials and classroom setups. Support the emotional and developmental needs of children in various classrooms. Collaborate with the teaching team to maintain a cohesive and professional learning environment. Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, including documenting and reporting concerns or incidents as a mandatory reporter. Attend all staff meetings and maintain professional conduct within the CCLC community. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director or other supervisory staff.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods. Engage in active play with children, including moving quickly and lifting children when necessary.
