Job Description
Seeking qualified lead toddler teachers that have lead teacher experience. The candidate must have at least 1-2 yrs experience as a classroom lead teacher. Must be able to follow classroom daily schedule, complete weekly lesson plans, positive behavior management skills, be able to supervise your classroom teachers, work effectively and efficiently with others, and have knowledge of ASQ assessments. Must have a current CBR, training certificates required by the Early Learning Division, and current food handlers and first aid/CPR, must have a STEP 6 or higher. Summary As a Lead Toddler Teacher, you will be instrumental in fostering a nurturing and educational environment for young children. Reporting to the Early Childhood Education Director, your role encompasses classroom management, lesson planning, and behavior management, ensuring the development of essential skills in toddlers. Your core competencies in teaching and childcare, combined with premium skills in curriculum development and early intervention, will enhance the learning experience. With a focus on communication and collaboration, you will support both students and families in their educational journey, contributing to the overall mission of our organization.
