Join Our Team as a Beginning School Collaborative Teacher - Swain Campus Every great early childhood classroom has a teacher who brings curiosity, warmth, and steady presence to little learners finding their footing. At Moravian Academy's Beginning School, that's you. As a Collaborative Teacher, you'll partner with a lead teacher to bring Preschool through Kindergarten classrooms to life - leading small groups, designing hands-on learning experiences, and helping each child feel safe, seen, and excited to explore. You'll be a steady presence throughout the day: greeting students at arrival, guiding them through lunch and recess, and celebrating the small wins that add up to big growth. You'll thrive here if you love: Building genuine relationships with young children and their families Bringing research-based early childhood practices to life through play and purposeful design Collaborating closely with a teaching partner, campus colleagues, and specialists Creating a classroom culture rooted in curiosity, kindness, and inclusion What you'll bring: An Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (Bachelor's or Master's preferred) Experience working with preschool- or primary-aged children A warm, patient approach and genuine enthusiasm for early learning Familiarity with tools like Seesaw, Responsive Classroom, or Singapore Math is a plus This is a full-time role with a rich rhythm - team meetings, family conferences, field trips, and community events that make Moravian's Beginning School feel like a true community. All offers are contingent on completing Pennsylvania's required background clearances (Act 34, Act 151, Act 114) and Mandated Reporter training upon hire.
