Job Description

Long-Term Substitute Preschool Teacher Clever Little Fox Preschool is seeking a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Long-Term Substitute Teacher to join our small preschool program. This position is ideal for someone who loves working with young children and is looking for a rewarding part-time opportunity.

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday Hours:
9:00 AM - 12:00
PM Pay:
$20 per hour
Position Duration:
September through December (flexible end date extending beyond December would be considered if a longer commitment would be beneficial to hiree) About Our Program Clever Little Fox Preschool is a small, play-based preschool serving children ages 3-5. We intentionally keep our class sizes small (approximately 10 students) to provide individualized attention and create a warm, nurturing learning environment. Responsibilities Lead daily preschool activities, lessons, and routines Foster a positive and engaging classroom environment Support children's social, emotional, and academic development Maintain classroom organization and safety Communicate professionally with families as needed Follow lesson plans and curriculum provided by the preschool Qualifications Experience working with young children Background/Certification in Early Childhood Education is preferred Reliable, patient, and nurturing personality Ability to manage a small group of preschool-aged children Current clearances (or willingness to obtain required Pennsylvania clearances) What We Offer Small class sizes Supportive and welcoming environment Established curriculum and lesson plans Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young learners Tuition for child of teacher To apply, please send your resume and a brief introduction outlining your experience working with children.
