Applicants must be highly motivated, dedicated, and willing to work a flexible schedule between the hours of 6:30 am-5:00 pm. Job responsibilities:
Manage the classroom program and supervise and guide each child's development. Plan and organize classroom curriculum by using the Creative Curriculum, PA Early Learning Standards, and child observations. Coordinate with the classroom teaching team and provide feedback to the members of the team. Maintain appropriate child records. Greet parents and children upon pickup and drop-off. Provide gentle, loving care for the children. Participate in center events and staff meetings. Assist in the training of other staff members, additional duties as assigned, and weekly lesson plans.
