Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team either Part Time/Full Time; hours would vary depending on positions, hours of operation is Monday thru Friday 6:00 AM to 5:30 PM; no weekends or holidays. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children of various age groups, including infants, toddlers, preschooler, and school age. This role requires a strong commitment to the well-being and development of children, along with the ability to manage behaviors and foster learning through play and structured activities. Responsibilities Provide attentive care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development, including playtime, arts and crafts, and educational games. Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, and napping for infants and toddlers. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns that may arise. Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to learning and play. Collaborate with other childcare staff to ensure a cohesive approach to childcare practices.
