employees value: Flexible work schedules Paid holidays (after 90 days) Paid training Retirement plan (optional) Supplemental benefits (optional) Responsibilities may include: Assist with child and teacher directed activities that meet the child's needs for intellectual, physical, and social/emotional growth Maintain a healthy and safe environment for all children Promote a fun learning environment where children can be creative and engaged in hands-on learning Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and co-workers Qualifications include: Have a minimum of a high school diploma Be at least 18 years of age Previous experience working/volunteering with children in a group setting Be passionate and enthusiastic about working with young children Ability to build positive and meaningful relationships with all children Be a positive and supportive team member Be fluent in the English language with excellent written and verbal communication skills Be able to obtain child abuse and criminal clearances to work with children
