Additionally, he/she is responsible to work together with an Assistant Teacher and in conjunction with the entire faculty. Educational Qualifications All candidates who wish to be considered for the position of Lead Teacher must meet the following criteria: CDA, Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education preferred but not required Two years experience preferred but not required
