What You'll Do:
Key Responsibilities As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will be responsible for the daily care, supervision, and education of children while adhering to all licensing guidelines and company standards.
Plan and Implement Curriculum:
Develop and facilitate hands-on, play-based learning activities and lesson plans appropriate for Toddlers, Pre-Kindergarten, and/or School-Age groups.
Child Care and Safety:
Ensure the health and safety of all children, including supervision, diaper changing (as needed), and following all state standards and health guidelines. Maintain the

Keep a clean, organized, and interactive learning environment.
Parent Communication:
Communicate effectively and directly with parents/guarding regarding their child's daily activities, progress, and overall success.

Required Qualifications:
Experience:
2+ years of experience working in a licensed childcare facility (or a minimum of 6 months if paired with a degree).
Education:
Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree/Certification:
An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or Child Development, OR a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential.
Skills:
Proven ability to create effective lesson plans and activities.
Flexibility:
Adaptability regarding work hours and schedule.
