Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Child Care Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. As a Child Care Teacher, you will play a crucial role in the development and education of children, guiding them through their formative years with engaging activities and structured learning experiences. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promotes educational growth and development. Educate children through various teaching methods, including hands-on activities, storytelling, and interactive play. Manage classroom activities effectively to ensure a positive learning environment. Provide individualized tutoring and support to children based on their unique needs. Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through structured play and early intervention strategies. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom space conducive to learning. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and any concerns that may arise. Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience within the daycare setting. Requirements Must meet all state requirements for classroom teachers in early childhood education. Proven experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting. Prior teaching experience in a licensed early childhood facility preferred. Strong understanding of childhood development principles and practices.. Ability to develop engaging curriculum tailored to various age groups. Excellent classroom management skills to maintain an orderly environment. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and colleagues. A commitment to ongoing professional development in early childhood education.
