Job Description Curiosity Academy is seeking dedicated Early Childhood Teachers (full-time and/or part-time) to join our Preschool classrooms serving children ages 1-3 years old. As a Preschool Teacher, you will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where our youngest learners can grow and thrive. You will support their development in language, motor skills, social-emotional growth, and early problem-solving while building strong connections with each child and family. Collaboration with our caring teaching team is at the heart of this role. At Curiosity Academy, we believe every child has a natural curiosity and desire to explore the world around them. We're looking for educators who share these values and have a true passion for guiding toddlers during their earliest stages of learning and development. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to- Create and facilitate engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences for 1-3 year olds Support daily routines: free play, guided activities, diapering/toileting, snacks/meals, and rest time Maintain a safe, nurturing classroom that encourages independence, exploration, and social interaction Observe and document developmental milestones; share updates with families and leadership Collaborate with co-teachers and leadership to maintain consistency and enrich the learning environment Keep the classroom organized, clean, and child-friendly, ensuring toys and materials are safe and sanitized Communicate warmly and effectively with families to foster trust and partnership Assist in other classrooms when needed
