Daily Responsibilities:
Build trusting relationships with infants and their families Provide attentive, responsive care throughout the day Create engaging sensory and developmental learning experiences Support children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development Follow individualized schedules for feeding, diapering, sleeping, and care Observe and document developmental milestones Maintain open, positive communication with families Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and leadership Ensure a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment Participate in staff meetings and ongoing professional development Plan opportunities for outdoor exploration and age-appropriate gross motor play
We're Looking For Someone Who:
