Responsibilities Provide attentive care for children, including toddlers and infants, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times Support childhood development through engaging activities, teaching, and behavior management techniques Assist with daily routines such as feeding, bathing, diapering, and nap schedules for young children Implement early childhood education principles to promote learning and social skills in preschool-aged children Administer basic first aid when necessary and respond appropriately to emergencies or health concerns Work closely with families or guardians to understand individual needs and preferences Maintain a clean, organized environment that adheres to safety standards in daycare or home settings Qualifications Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, or nannying roles is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development stages and early childhood education practices Certification in first aid and CPR required; additional certifications related to caregiving or childcare are a plus Experience with behavior management strategies tailored for young children and individuals with disabilities Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with patience, empathy, and enthusiasm Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with families, team members, and children Reliable transportation is advantageous for flexible scheduling or travel between care locations Join us in creating a nurturing environment where children can thrive!
