Responsibilities:

• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs
• Supervise children during playtime, meals, and naptime
• Assist with behavior management and promote positive social interactions
• Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the childcare area

Experience:

• Previous experience working with children in a childcare setting, such as nannying, babysitting, or classroom management
• Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate activities
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
