What You'll Do:
Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate educational activities Foster a safe, nurturing classroom that promotes growth in all developmental domains Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and team members Maintain open communication with families, coworkers, and management Be a passionate advocate for early learning
What We're Looking For:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Elementary Education, or a related Human Services field OR a minimum of 15 credits in Early Childhood Education At least 2 years of documented experience working with young children Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
