00 per hour The SeedPod Academy is seeking a warm, energetic, and qualified Private School Teacher to join our Pennsylvania Department of Education licensed Pre-K and Kindergarten program. We are looking for a professional educator who is passionate about young children and can create an engaging, structured, and nurturing classroom environment. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Child Development, or related field preferred Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate or Private Academic Teaching Certificate preferred; candidates eligible and willing to obtain appropriate certification are encouraged to apply Pre-K, Kindergarten, or early elementary teaching experience preferred Strong classroom management, communication, and organizational skills Must meet all Pennsylvania background clearance requirements Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons Create and maintain weekly lesson plans Support student growth in literacy, math, science, social-emotional development, and creative learning Maintain a warm, organized, and positive classroom Assess and document student progress Communicate regularly with families Collaborate with the Educational Director and teaching team Participate in school events, professional development, and curriculum planning About The SeedPod Academy The SeedPod Academy provides a nurturing, child-centered learning environment where children learn through play, exploration, intentional teaching, and strong relationships .
