Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for infants, supporting their developmental milestones through engaging activities and attentive care. Your enthusiasm and expertise will inspire young children to explore, learn, and grow while fostering positive relationships with families and colleagues. Duties Provide attentive supervision and care for infants, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Design and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development in infants Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and daily experiences Follow all health and safety protocols, including pediatric first aid, CPR, and mandated reporting laws to ensure compliance and safety Support individual developmental needs by collaborating with specialists in special education or children with disabilities when necessary Manage classroom routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and transitions smoothly and efficiently Experience Prior experience working with infants in a daycare center or early childhood education setting is highly preferred Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development principles and infant care best practices Experience in classroom management and behavior management techniques suitable for young children Familiarity with child supervision standards, pediatric first aid, CPR certification, and emergency response procedures Background in working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus Proven ability to communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and children to foster a supportive learning environment Previous nannying or babysitting experience involving infants is considered valuable Join us in shaping the earliest moments of children's lives by providing compassionate care combined with educational excellence.
