Job Description

Duties:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool children Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning Teach basic academic skills such as letters, numbers, colors, and shapes Encourage creativity and imagination through arts and crafts, music, and storytelling Promote physical development through indoor and outdoor activities Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
Experience:
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education methods Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues Patience, compassion, and the ability to create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of each child Familiarity with educational resources, materials, and technology relevant to preschool education We offer competitive compensation packages including paid time off, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
