Lead Teacher

We are seeking a loving, caring, and passionate child care teacher to work with ages 1-4. You will create an engaging classroom environment that promotes early childhood education and play! This is an exciting opportunity to take your love for children and turn it into a meaningful impact on children's lives.

Responsibilities:

Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for toddler and preschool- aged children Follow schedule of activities and daily routines Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through play and structured activities Manage classroom behavior and promote positive discipline techniques Collaborate with parents and communicate regularly about their child Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment Ensure the health and safety of all children in your care

Qualifications:

Previous experience working with children in a childcare, nannying, or educational setting Knowledge of childhood development principles and/or best practices Strong communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and parents Pay rates based on education and experience. Sign on bonus available for a limited time. We do require state police background check, criminal history, and FBI fingerprints.
