Child Care Assistant Director

Job Summary The Child Care Assistant Director plays a crucial role in supporting the overall management and operation of a childcare facility. This position involves collaborating with the Director to ensure a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children. The Assistant Director will assist in overseeing staff, developing programs, and maintaining compliance with state regulations while fostering positive relationships with families and the community. Responsibilities Assist in the daily operations of the child care center, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. Support the Director in managing staff, training, and performance evaluations. Develop and implement educational programs that meet the developmental needs of children. Foster a positive environment that encourages children's growth and learning. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns. Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations and health and safety standards. Maintain accurate records related to enrollment, attendance, and staff qualifications. Requirements A degree from a recognized university in Early Childhood Education or Education Administration or a related field Professional in appearance and conduct Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills to engage with children, parents, and staff positively. A passion for educating young children and fostering their development. Pay:

$40,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
