Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Classroom Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support lead teachers in creating a nurturing, engaging, and structured learning environment for young children. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help foster positive development, support classroom activities, and ensure every child feels valued and supported as they explore and learn. Duties Assist lead teachers with lesson planning and implementing educational activities aligned with curriculum standards. Support children's literacy, math, and early childhood development through engaging instructional techniques. Manage classroom behavior by applying effective behavior management strategies to promote a positive learning environment. Provide individualized support to children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities or autism, ensuring inclusive participation. Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment conducive to learning and play. Collaborate with teachers on classroom management assistance and student progress tracking.
