A love for children and a strong desire to positively impact children's lives Ability to establish relationships with families and co-workers and build a dynamic environment where play and learning happens. High School Diploma or Equivalent (minimum) ECE Coursework, CDA certification, or a degree in a related field preferred 1 year or more of Early Childhood Education experience is preferred Authorization to work in theUnited States Additional Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum for children in the early childhood education setting
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities
- Provide individualized attention and support to meet the needs of each child
- Collaborate with parents and communicate regularly about their child's progress
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Ensure the health and safety of all children in the classroom
Experience:
- Previous experience working with children in an early childhood education setting
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Classroom management skills to create a positive learning environment
- Knowledge of early intervention strategies to support children with special needs
- Familiarity with preschool curriculum and teaching methods
- Ability to provide tutoring or additional support to children as needed
- Understanding of child welfare guidelines and regulations
- Proficiency in math concepts appropriate for early childhood education
- Knowledge of physical education activities suitable for young children
