KinderCare is seeking teachers for our infants, toddlers, twos, preschool and pre-kindergarten classrooms. Required Skills and Experience:

A love for children and a strong desire to positively impact children's lives Ability to establish relationships with families and co-workers and build a dynamic environment where play and learning happens. High School Diploma or Equivalent (minimum) ECE Coursework, CDA certification, or a degree in a related field preferred 1 year or more of Early Childhood Education experience is preferred Authorization to work in the

United States Additional Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum for children in the early childhood education setting
• Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
• Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities
• Provide individualized attention and support to meet the needs of each child
• Collaborate with parents and communicate regularly about their child's progress
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
• Ensure the health and safety of all children in the classroom

Experience:

• Previous experience working with children in an early childhood education setting
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
• Classroom management skills to create a positive learning environment
• Knowledge of early intervention strategies to support children with special needs
• Familiarity with preschool curriculum and teaching methods
• Ability to provide tutoring or additional support to children as needed
• Understanding of child welfare guidelines and regulations
• Proficiency in math concepts appropriate for early childhood education
• Knowledge of physical education activities suitable for young children
