Job Description

Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Lead Teacher to inspire young learners and foster a nurturing, engaging, and educational environment. As a key leader in early childhood education, you will design and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum, manage classroom activities, and support the social-emotional growth of children. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help create a positive foundation for children's lifelong learning journey. Responsibilities Develop and execute creative, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, and physical education. Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and social skills development. Manage daily classroom activities, ensuring smooth transitions and engaging experiences for toddlers and preschoolers. Support children's emotional well-being through behavior management strategies and individualized attention. Collaborate with families to communicate progress, address concerns, and promote consistent child welfare practices. Implement early intervention strategies for children with special needs or developmental delays, including coordination with specialists when necessary. Maintain accurate records of student progress, assessments, and standardized testing results to monitor growth and inform instruction. Qualifications Two years of experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings; previous classroom experience is highly valued. Proven experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting, with a strong understanding of childhood development principles. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, classroom management, and behavior management techniques. Knowledge of early intervention practices and special education accommodations for diverse learners. Familiarity with Montessori methods, literacy education, math instruction, and teaching physical education is preferred. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, families, and team members. Prior experience in private schools or daycare centers is advantageous. Certification in early childhood education field or related fields is required; additional training in early childhood education is a plus.
