- Maintain a clean and organized childcare space
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
- Follow established routines and schedules for meals, naps, and playtime
- Foster positive behavior management techniques to encourage cooperation and respect
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in childcare
- Knowledge of childhood development and age-appropriate activities
- Familiarity with first aid procedures for children
- Ability to create a nurturing and supportive environment for children
- Strong communication skills to interact with both children and parents
- Patience, flexibility, and adaptability to meet the needs of different children
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
