Responsibilities:
  • Provide attentive and nurturing care for children in a safe and stimulating environment
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development
  • Maintain a clean and organized childcare space
  • Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
  • Follow established routines and schedules for meals, naps, and playtime
  • Foster positive behavior management techniques to encourage cooperation and respect
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in childcare
  • Knowledge of childhood development and age-appropriate activities
  • Familiarity with first aid procedures for children
  • Ability to create a nurturing and supportive environment for children
  • Strong communication skills to interact with both children and parents
  • Patience, flexibility, and adaptability to meet the needs of different children
  • Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
