Utilizing your core skills in childcare, classroom experience, and early childhood education, you will develop lesson plan with our accredited curriculum providing the development and helping the well-being of children in a nurturing environment. Your premium skills in first aid and childhood development will enhance your ability to ensure the safety and growth of each child under your care. With relevant skills in classroom management and behavior management, you will create a positive and engaging learning atmosphere. Responsibilities Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in a childcare classroom/center. Engage children in educational and age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development using our approved curriculum, including social/emotional and character education and more pieces to build on. Lead classroom management and behavior guidance through redirection and caring words to nurture relationships that strive to impress. Support assist teachers in implementing curriculum and lesson plans. Ensure the well-being and supervision of children at all times. Utilize skills in childcare, teaching, and early childhood education to enhance the overall care and education of children. Qualifications CDA or Bachelors degree in Education or related area is preferred but not required 2 yrs experience working with children, in childcare, as a nanny and more. Classroom experience or daycare background preferred but not required Knowledge of early childhood education principles First aid certification preferred but will train Understanding of childhood development and behavior management techniques
