Preschool Lead Teacher

Responsible for the leadership, management, and daily operations of a childcare center, including supervising staff, overseeing curriculum development and program activities, managing budgets and finances, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining facilities, and serving as the primary point of contact for parents and the community. They perform a wide variety of tasks, from hiring and training staff to marketing the center and resolving conflicts, all while prioritizing the safety and development of the children.
