Ensure Quality & Compliance Maintain accurate child records and documentation. Utilize COPA to document child and family information. Follow Head Start Performance Standards and agency policies. Promote a strong Culture of Safety through active supervision and risk prevention. Participate in staff meetings, training, and continuous quality improvement efforts. Qualifications We're looking for educators who are passionate about helping children succeed and who enjoy working collaboratively with families and colleagues. Level 1 Qualifications Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education OR Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in another field plus 12 college credits in Early Childhood Education or Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential appropriate for the age group served Level 2 Qualifications Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Early Childhood Education OR Bachelor's Degree (or higher) with coursework equivalent to a major in Early Childhood Education, Infant/Toddler Education, or a related field A Pennsylvania Preschool Teaching Certificate is preferred.
