Our college students are going back to school and we need teachers to fill their spots! We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Child Care Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters children's growth, development, and learning. The Child Care Teacher will be responsible for implementing engaging curriculum activities, managing classroom dynamics, and supporting the individual needs of each child. Responsibilities Implement age-appropriate curriculum that promotes literacy education, and math skills. Manage classroom behavior effectively while fostering a positive learning environment. Provide individualized support to all children. Engage in active communication with parents regarding their child's progress and well-being. Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment conducive to learning. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching methods and share best practices in childhood development. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices. Qualifications Proven experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings. Strong understanding of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff members. Ability to create an inclusive environment that supports diverse learners.
