Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote childhood development, social skills, and early learning concepts Supervise and interact with children during play, educational activities, meals, naps, and outdoor time to ensure safety and engagement Monitor classroom behavior using effective behavior management techniques to encourage positive interactions and self-regulation Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that supports learning and safety standards Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about children's progress, milestones, and any concerns Administer basic first aid when necessary and respond promptly to emergencies or health issues Collaborate with colleagues to plan activities that support special education needs or working with children with disabilities Skills Proven experience working with children in child care and classroom settings Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Ability to manage a classroom effectively through classroom management strategies Experience caring for infants, toddlers, or children with special needs or disabilities is highly valued Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members Compassionate caregiving skills combined with patience and adaptability to meet diverse needs Join us in shaping bright futures by providing nurturing care and inspiring young learners every day!

$14.00 - $22.00 per hour
