The ideal candidate will have:
An Associate's degree (or higher) in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Education (EDU) preferred, but
NOT REQUIRED. A
minimum of 1 year of experience working with preschool-aged children in a licensed childcare center, preschool, or similar setting. Knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices. Strong classroom management and communication skills. The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Physical capability to lift up to 30 lbs and to sit and stand for extended periods of time. A commitment to meeting all Pennsylvania state childcare licensing requirements. Why Join Us?
