Qualifications:
Computer experience a MUST Complete knowledge of standard office practices Childcare experience preferred Ability to work courteously and listening to peoples needs Posses skills, attributes and characteristics conducive to and suitable for dealing with customers, vendors, team members, and clients. Associates/BA/BS in Early Childhood/Elementary/Child Development/Management/Business Administration or Human Services field required Knowledge of Keystone Stars Program a plus Responsibilities include: Inspire an atmosphere of teamwork and center pride. Strong leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Tour, register and enroll children into the program by converting leads. Build solid relationships with the children, staff, parents and management team. Ensure state compliance and record keeping. Recruit, Interview and hire qualified teachers. Maintain accurate and current employee files.
Pay:
$65,000.00 per year
