Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a strong background in childhood education. This role involves providing a safe, nurturing environment for children while promoting their development through engaging activities and educational experiences. Candidate must be self-motivated. This post is for our 3:00 pm-6:00 pm shift on Monday through Friday. Hours can be increased to 12 pm to 6 pm for the right candidate. Children are ages 3 years through fourth grade. The 3 to 6 shift is primarily focused on second through fourth grades. Duties Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times. Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development. Manage classroom dynamics effectively to create a positive learning environment. Support children with disabilities by adapting activities to meet their individual needs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. Foster social skills through group play and collaborative activities. Qualifications Knowledge of classroom management techniques to maintain an effective learning environment. Ability to work with students with disabilities, demonstrating patience and understanding. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to their growth and well-being. Experience working with children preferred. Pay:
