We are seeking a reliable and energetic Morning Caregiver/Educator who is adaptable and enthusiastic about working with young children. This role is crucial in providing a safe and engaging environment for our little ones as they start their day.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Prepare and serve breakfast to children, supporting healthy eating habits. Assist children with potty training and personal hygiene. Foster a positive, supportive atmosphere that encourages learning and growth. Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, addressing any questions or concerns. Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive classroom environment. Adhere to Department of Human Services child care regulations and the STARS program requirements.Qualifications:
A genuine love for working with children and a passion for early childhood education. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, particularly with parents and caregivers. Ability to adapt quickly to different classrooms and age groups. Energetic, fun, and engaging personality with the ability to be a responsible team player. Experience in child care, education, or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with child care regulations and requirements is a plus.What We Offer:
