Preschool Aide

In this role, you will support lead teachers in implementing educational activities, managing classroom routines, and fostering a positive atmosphere that promotes growth and development. Responsibilities Assist lead teachers with implementing curriculum that supports early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, and social-emotional development Support classroom management by maintaining a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for children of various developmental stages Engage with children through play-based activities that promote cognitive, motor, and social skills Support behavior management strategies to encourage positive interactions and self-regulation among students Assist with daily routines including snack time, nap time, diapering or potty training, and transitions between activities Communicate effectively with parents and team members to ensure consistent care and educational support Experience Prior experience working with young children in daycare, preschool, or early childhood education settings is preferred Classroom experience involving behavior management techniques and classroom organization is highly valued Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and children are essential Join us to inspire curiosity, foster growth, and help shape the bright futures of our youngest learners!
